Incorrect Setup of Current Transformer in the Commissioning Wizard

Ensure all CTs are assigned:

Meter CT Default Setting Other Options
Primary Gateway (Meter X) Site CT1 (L1) and Site CT2 (L2) Site: Used when two CTs are installed (on both L1 and L2 conductors) to measure Site. None: Used when the CTs are not being used
Secondary Gateway (Meter Y)

CT1 (L1)
CT2 (L2)
CT3 (Default L1, can be configured as L2)

None: Used when the CTs are not being used Solar (1CTx2): The most common option. Used when one CT is installed to measure Solar (only one conductor (L1 or L2) is required, as the value is doubled in the software to capture the total output).
Solar: Used when CTs are installed on conductors (both L1 and L2) to measure Solar.
Site: Used when CTs are installed on conductors (both L1 and L2) to measure Site.
Gateway 3 (Meter Z) Site CT1 (L1) and Site CT2 (L2) Site N/A
Backup Switch (Meter Z) Site CT1 (L1) and Site CT2 (L2) Site N/A
Remote Energy Meter

CT1 (L1)
CT2 (L2)
CT3 (L2)
CT4 (L1)

None: Used when the CTs are not being used Solar: Used when CTs are installed on conductors (both L1 and L2) to measure Solar.1
Solar RGM: Used to measure Solar when revenue-grade metering (RGM) is required. Select this option when measuring Solar for SREC.1,2
Site: Used when CTs are installed on conductors (both L1 and L2) to measure Site.

1If using a single CT to measure Solar or Solar RGM, toggle on 1CTx2 in the CT Modifiers. This will prompt the software to double the output from the CT to calculate total Solar output.

2If configuring RGM for Powerwall+, configure the factory-installed Neurio CT as Solar and toggle on Measuring a Powerwall+ Inverter.

If using a Remote Energy Meter, ensure the correct Current Transformer type is set. The default Current Transformer type is the 200 A Current Transformer; if using 800 A Current Transformers, connect the Neurio meter to the Gateway via Wi-Fi to update it.
