Service Tickets

Users can view Energy Service Portal (ESP) tickets associated with the site.

1 Service Tickets Select to view ESP tickets associated with the site; numerical value indicates the number of open tickets
2 Ticket Number Links to Activity Number in ESP, or Service Visit Number once an RMA is approved
3 Status Displays the Activity or Service Visit status
4 All / Active Toggle Toggles list display to include all tickets (including resolved tickets) or only active tickets
5 Create Service Ticket Opens ESP to create a new concern
