Overview
Energy Training's mission is to enable scale for the deployment, operations, and service for all energy products through effective technical content, technical training, and technical programs support. We offer in-person training, virtual instructor-led sessions, and self-guided web courses to help learners attain critical knowledge for successful installations. Programs include installation, design, and sales training specific to Powerwall.

How to Access Training
- Go to https://workforce.tesla.com/
- Select Learning and
browse assigned and available training.
Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
Virtual training is hosted by a Tesla instructor via Microsoft Teams. In Partner Portal, you can browse upcoming sessions and select one that fits your schedule.
To enroll in a virtual training:
- Pick a session, then select Enroll
- Register for the webinar – Scroll down to the Location Details section and select the Teams link. Populate your name and email address. Once registered you will be emailed with session details and Teams link to join the meeting

For both in-person and virtual training, confirmation of enrollment will be sent shortly after to your email address linked with your Partner Portal account. You will receive a training invitation the week before the training start date.

| Web Course | Self-guided learning modules focused on learning objectives for specific audiences. These modules are competed right within Workforce Management at your own pace. Knowledge checks are part of validating your understanding of the content. Once complete, web courses will clear from your required learning. |
| Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) | Virtual instructor-led training is hosted by a Tesla instructor via video call. How to Enroll In Workforce Management, select a training session and click Enroll. Confirmation will be sent to the email address linked with your Partner Portal account. You will receive a training invitation one week before the training start date. |
