Appendix: Download Your Powerwall 2 fleet from Powerhub

Export a full site list from Powerhub, then filter to Powerwall 2 installations only. Use this list as the source for customer outreach and CRM matching.

  1. Open https://powerhub.energy.tesla.com/ and sign in with your Tesla Energy installer credentials.
  2. From the Fleet Overview home screen, select Sites and Groups in the left navigation.
  3. Confirm the Sites tab is selected (not Groups). At the top of the list, click the download icon to export the spreadsheet.
    Note
    If the table is empty, switch from the Groups tab back to Sites.
  4. Open the downloaded file.
  5. Sort column C (DIN) and remove rows with DINs that begin with 1707000 – these are Powerwall 3. Remaining rows are Powerwall 2 sites.
  6. Review the Webinar Recording for Installing a Backwards Compatibility Site before there is a quote or installation.
    Note
    Due to strict privacy and security regulations, Powerhub exports share site address only — not customer contact details. Businesses can download their own customer records from the CRM and use a Lookup (or VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP) with the site address to pull customer contact details into the fleet list.
