Device Registration
Register the Wall Connector to the user's account to enable full app functionality and
benefits.
Note
Ensure you are using the latest version
(12.41.0 and later) of the Setup app before registering the Wall Connector to the
user’s account.
- Complete the configuration of the Installation Settings.
- Select Registration.
- In the drop down menu, select
Commercial or Residential as the
installation site type.
- In the drop down menu, select
Commercial or Residential as the
installation site type.
- Register the customer by selecting Enter Customer Info.
- Enter the customer's email
address.
- Enter the customer's first
and last name, email address, phone number, and installation address.
- Select Continue.
- Enter the customer's email
address.
- Complete the registration:
- In the Confirm the Installation
Company field, verify that the name of the company performing the
installation has automatically been filled in. If the company name is not
present or is not correct, search for your company to select it.NoteThe Company Name is the field that links a partner to a site, meaning this is the field that allows a company to view the site in Powerhub.
- To add a partner installer company, select Add Partner and search for the partner name to select it.
- Confirm the customer's email
and select Submit
Registration.
- Registration is complete.
- In the Confirm the Installation
Company field, verify that the name of the company performing the
installation has automatically been filled in. If the company name is not
present or is not correct, search for your company to select it.
