From the landing page, the system appears to be configured and functioning correctly,
with a green check on System.
However, after selecting System, Wall Connector has an Unable to read data status.
To resolve this issue:
Confirm the Wall Connector is not
configured for features that are incompatible with Powershare (e.g. Group Power
Management or Dynamic Power Management).
Inspect all wiring terminations
to ensure the system has been wired properly and all connections are tight.
Confirm there are no sharp bends
or angles in the communication wiring, including when the Powershare Gateway deadfront is closed.
