Diagnostics compute common health issues within the system and identify possible issues.
Residential Diagnostic Availability
The following diagnostics describe diagnostic measurements processed over the last 7 days that are available on a residential Powerhub single site dashboard. Diagnostics are separated into three categories: System Performance, Metering Errors, and Networking Errors.

Internet Connectivity | % | % of time over the last 7 days the system is connected to the internet. Low values usually caused by poor cellular or Wi-Fi signals. Powerwall Disconnected | % | % of time over the last 7 days the system has a Powerwall disconnected alert. This is caused by a tripped or open circuit breaker, or incorrect wiring to the Powerwall. 1 | Title | Displays the title of the diagnostic |
2 | Value/Passing Indicator | Provides the value calculated and indicates whether the diagnostic is "passing" with a green icon or 'PASS' string. If the diagnostic is failing, it will be indicated with a red icon or 'FAIL' string and the diagnostic will be highlighted in red on the platform |
