Search allows support agents to locate devices (by DIN, part number, or serial number), sites (by name, number, ID, or address), or customers (customer name or customer email address). Querying any of these terms returns a list of all sites, addresses, devices, and/or users that match the search query. Search is available from the Powerhub home screen (found at the base URL) or as a search bar at the top of the screen.
