Appendix C: Available Alerts
The alerts that are available in the Powerhub UI and API are described below.
Each alert belongs to one of the following severity categories:
- Informational: Does not impact performance or system safety. Typically no action is required.
- Performance: The system is still operating, but performance is reduced.
- Critical: The system is in a faulted state and is not operating.
- RMA: The equipment must be replaced (see RMA Alerts for more information).

| Bridge Offline | The legacy solar (SPA) bridge device is offline and not communicating. | Performance |

| Device Offline | One of the devices on site stopped reporting for more than 24 hours. | Performance |
| External IO Comms | Loss of communications with External IO device. | Performance |

| Generator Breaker Timeout | The generator was unable to close its breaker within the timeout window. | Performance |
| Generator Meter Comms | Loss of communications with Generator Meter. | Performance |
| Grid Resynchronization Failed | The islanding controller was unable to synchronize and close the islanding contactor/circuit breaker within 5 minutes. | Performance |
| Lost Connectivity to Tesla Site Controller | The Tesla Site Controller (or Gateway) has lost connectivity to Tesla Servers. Monitoring and management capabilities are currently limited. | Performance |
| Load Meter Comms | Loss of communications with Load Meter. | Performance |
| No Solar Production | One or more of the solar inverters have not produced any energy in the past 24 hours. There might be an issue impacting solar production. | Performance |
| PV Inverter Comms | Loss of communications with PV Inverter. | Performance |
| PV String Out | One or more solar inverter strings are not producing power, expect lower than usual solar performance. | Performance |

| Arc Fault Full Lockout | An Arc Fault has been detected and it is affecting solar production. Please schedule a site visit to investigate. | Critical |
| Arc Fault Partial Lockout | Detected arc fault and locked out all PV strings. Please investigate the PV strings. | Critical |
| Arc Fault Soft Lockout | Detected arc fault and locked out one or more of the PV strings. Please investigate MCI and the PV strings connected to the inverter. | Critical |

| Insufficient MCI | Detected insufficient number of mid-circuit interrupters on site. PV system is disabled. Please investigate and install the correct number of mid-circuit interrupters on the PV strings. | Critical |
| Inverter Not Going To Vf | The battery system is not transitioning to grid-forming mode. | Critical |
| Islanding Controller MIA | Loss of communications with the islanding controller. | Critical |
| Low Coolant | Detected low coolant with Solar Inverter. Please schedule a site visit for service maintenance. | Critical |
| Opticaster Exe | Opticaster failed to run on the Tesla Site Controller and the battery system is not being dispatched. | Critical |
| Rapid Shutdown System Issue | Detected a problem with the Rapid Shutdown system. Site visit required. | Critical |
| AC Blade Connector Damaged | Detected AC blade connector damage. Solar Inverter/assembly damaged, impacting solar production. | RMA |
| Battery Module Communication Failure | A permanent fault was detected for the Powerwall. Unit needs replacement. | RMA |

| Low Coolant Failure | Detected low coolant with the Solar Inverter. Please schedule a site visit to remove and replace the unit. | RMA |
| Permanent Battery Module Fault | The Powerwall battery mode has permanently faulted and product needs replacement. | RMA |
