Powerhub User Interface
Powerhub Fleet View
View a site from the Powerhub Fleet
View using the following options:
- Select from the Your Recently Visited list.
- Search for a site (by customer name or email, address, site name / number, device part number, or device serial number).
- Select View All, then select the site directly.
Note
If you have an account with
multiple instances, you will select an instance to view that fleet.
Powerhub Site View
Once a site has been selected, Powerhub has the following capabilities:

| 3 | Customer Email | Displays the customer email address (can be edited if unverified) | Learn more |
| 4 | Partner Access | Shares the site with a partner company | Learn more |
| 5 | Live Status Cards | Display current charge level, diagnostics summary, customer system status, grid status, battery mode, and backup reserve in a single view | |
| 6 | Diagnostics | Tracks pre-computed diagnostics of the site to identify issues (select Diagnostics card to view individual diagnostics) | Learn more |
| 7 | Device Info | Provides information about the devices installed on site | Learn more |
| 8 | Interactive Site Layout | Displays visual representation of the devices installed on a customer's system, including device hierarchy, configuration details, and the role each device plays on site | Learn more |
| 9 | Graph View | Provides historical data for pre-defined groups of telemetry data, which can be viewed over configurable timelines | Learn more |
| 10 | Alerts | Displays any active alerts on the site | Learn more |
