Logging in to Powerhub
Users can log in to Powerhub at https://powerhub.energy.tesla.com, with the same login credentials used for Partner Portal.
Powerhub Access via Partner Portal
Most access to Powerhub will come automatically. If you are linked to an account that is visible via Parter Portal or Tesla For Business and your company has installed a site, you will automatically see those sites in Powerhub. Check with your admin or Tesla Account Manager if you believe the above is true and you still do not have access.
If you do not have a Partner Portal account, contact the Partner Portal admin in your organization to create an account. The admin will select Menu > Manage Account/Settings > Users to navigate to the User Management page, where they can add users and update user information.

User Verification
To ensure that Powerhub users can access the platform securely, Powerhub requires that users verify their e-mail accounts and use multi-factor authentication (MFA). E-mail verification is mandatory for all users. MFA is mandatory for some advanced functionality that features real-time data and control.
Email Verification: Users who no longer have access to the original email account that they used to register with Tesla should create a new Tesla account on tesla.com with their new e-mail address. They can then ask their Partner Portal admin to create a Partner Portal account with the new email address.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users can use any MFA app on their mobile phone. If a user does not wish to use a mobile phone app, they can feel free to explore desktop MFA apps.
