RMA Alerts

An RMA alert occurs when Tesla is certain that Tesla equipment requires replacement. This alert indicates a site visit is not necessary to diagnose an issue with the equipment; instead, partners can simply use the integrations between Powerhub and Energy Service Portal to provide the required warehouse information for delivery of the new equipment and pickup of the old equipment.
