RMA Alerts
An RMA alert occurs when Tesla is certain that Tesla equipment requires replacement. This alert prevents an unnecessary site visit to diagnose an issue with the equipment; instead, partners can simply use the integrations between Powerhub and Energy Service Portal to provide the required warehouse information for delivery of the new equipment and pickup of the old equipment.
An RMA alert can be identified by a blue alert icon on either the Fleet View page or a Site View page:

Required Action to Submit an RMA
- While viewing a site with an RMA alert, select Alerts from the menu on the left.
- Select the Energy Service Portal link from the
Troubleshooting column on the right.
- A new Energy Service Portal tab will open automatically with a ticket
pre-populated with the following information. Select
Next.
- Site Number
- Symptom
- Serial Number
- Description
- On the Attachments screen, select Next (attachments are not required).
- Enter the New Part Delivery and Old Part Pickup details.
- Select Submit.
Once the ticket has been submitted, Tesla will order the replacement part to be shipped to the New Part Delivery address. Search for the AC or SV number in Energy Service Portal to find the current status, tracking information, and delivery status of the new part.
