On / Off Switch Locking Mechanism

The Powerwall 3 On / Off switch has a locking mechanism. When the switch is locked it cannot be turned on.

Integrated DC Isolator Locking Mechanism

The Powerwall 3integrated DC isolator has a locking mechanism. When locked, it cannot be turned on. To use the locking mechanism:
  1. Push in the yellow tab on the end of the switch to make the keyhole accessible.
  2. Place a 4 mm shackle lock through the keyhole.

    Earlier versions of Powerwall 3 have a red integrated DC isolator. The color of the integrated DC isolator does not impact its function.
