Configure Internet Connection

Internet connectivity is required to receive the full 10-year Powerwall warranty, and for the customer to see their system in the Tesla App. Connect to customer's Wi-Fi. For customers without a strong Wi-Fi connection, ensure that Ethernet is connected.

  1. Select Networking > Wi-Fi.
  2. Select the customer's Wi-Fi network to connect.
  3. Select Test Connection to verify that is connected to the internet.
