Solar Inverter Start Up Issues

  • Check for any red cards in the Configuration Interface, as a red card indicates a step that must be completed.
  • Ensure all self-tests passed. To retry self-tests, reset the inverter (using the Configuration Interface or AC power cycle). If self-tests fail, see “Self-Test Troubleshooting” section above.
  • Check AC breaker is on the ON position and there is voltage in the inverter terminals.
  • Ensure the number of MPPTs indicated in the Configuration Interface matches the installation.
  • Ensure the number of MCIs indicated in the Configuration Interface matches the installation.
  • If applicable, check MPPT jumper connections.
