Mounting Bracket Details

Refer to local building codes to ensure the use of appropriate fasteners.
Wood Studs (spaced at 12, 16, 20, or 24 inches)
If anchoring directly into wood studs, use at least two ¼-inch wood screws with washers of sufficient length for the recommended 2.5 inch embedment into the studs.
Concrete or Masonry
Minimum strength must be 2500 PSI (concrete) or 1500 PSI (masonry).
Use at least four (one in each corner, in any available anchor slot) ¼-inch fasteners with washers of sufficient length for the recommended 1.5 inch embedment into the material.
Note
Avoid weak compositions and always inspect the surface prior to mounting.
