Stacked Powerwall+ and Powerwall systems must be floor-mounted, with all units installed on a structurally sound flat surface that supports both feet of each unit. They must also be anchored to an adjacent wall which must be capable of supporting the lateral load of the stack.

A maximum number of 1 floor-mounted Powerwall+ and 1 floor-mounted Powerwall may be joined together with a Powerwall Stack Kit. For systems with more than 2 units, separate groups of 2 units should be assembled, with each group of 2 attached to a wall.
