Power Cycle the System

If resetting the Backup Gateway 2 does not resolve issues, power cycle the system as follows:

  1. Turn off Powerwall+ by setting its Enable switch to the OFF position.
  2. Turn off any additional Powerwalls by setting the On/Off switch to the OFF position.
  3. Turn off the overcurrent protection device to Powerwall+ and any additional Powerwall AC overcurrent protection device(s).
  4. Turn off any additional solar inverter(s), then turn off the AC breaker for each additional solar inverter.
  5. Turn off the AC breaker to Backup Gateway 2.
  6. Wait for at least one minute.
  7. Turn the AC breakers (and/or other overcurrent protection devices) back on.
  8. Turn on Powerwall+ and any additional Powerwalls.
  9. Turn any additional solar inverter(s) on.
