Powerwall 3 Network is Broadcasting but I Cannot Connect
Symptoms
When scanning for Wi-Fi networks on the commissioning phone, the Powerwall 3 network appears but the commissioning phone does not connect to it.
Steps to Troubleshoot
- If manually entering the network
name (SSID) and password, ensure they are entered exactly as they appear on the
QR label.NoteSometimes a unit mistakenly has two different printed stickers with different passwords. If this is the case, try both passwords.
- Try placing the commissioning phone in Airplane mode, then enable Wi-Fi.
- If the issue persists, contact Tesla Support.
