I Cannot Sign in to Tesla One
Symptoms
When signing in to Tesla One, a We don't recognize this sign in combination error appears.
Steps to Troubleshoot
- Verify that the username and
password being entered are the same as those you use to log in to Partner
Portal.
- If a new account is required, an admin user from the Certified Installer company can use the User Management feature in Partner Portal to add the user. No specific role is required.
- If you do not have a Partner Portal account because you have not yet been onboarded as a Tesla Certified Installer, complete the Partner with Tesla form to get started.
- Alternatively, follow the steps to Create Account. This account can be tied to a Certified Installer company in Partner Portal at a later date.
