Powerwall 3 Displaying 0% State of Energy

Powerwall 3 State of Energy (SOE) percentage shows 0% on the landing page and/or Powerwall 3 is not charging

Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Ensure the Powerwall 3 Enable switch on the side of the unit is turned ON.
  2. Ensure the Powerwall 3 breaker is closed and voltage on the Powerwall 3 AC connector measures 120V +/-5% for L1-N.
  3. Log in to Tesla One again and ensure that the firmware update on the Powerwall 3 Device page has a green check, indicating it updated with no errors.
