Issue: Powerwall 3 Logo LED is Flashing White
- Connect to Powerwall 3 and select Start System.
- If the logo LED has stopped blinking and is no longer illuminated, Powerwall 3 may have entered the Sleep state. Follow the steps in Waking Powerwall 3 from Sleep State.
- If the logo LED has turned
solid white, the system is now operating as expected.NoteIf data is not available in Tesla One, even after waiting a few minutes, contact Install Support.
- If the logo LED is still flashing and the unit is a Follower, confirm it is connected to the Leader correctly via Ethernet (see Ethernet Cable Testing).

- If data is temporarily
available in Tesla One and the LED is blinking every 5 seconds:
- Turn the Powerwall 3 switch OFF.
- Turn the switch back ON.
- If data is visible for over a minute and the LED turns solid white, the system is operating as expected.
- If the logo LED continues to blink red, contact Install Support for assistance troubleshooting the fault(s).
