I am Connected to the Powerwall 3 Network but the Device Setup Interface Does Not Load
Symptoms
After successfully connecting to the Powerwall 3 network, the Device Setup interface in Tesla One does not load.
Steps to Troubleshoot
- Ensure Tesla One has been updated to the latest available version:
- Select More in the bottom right corner of the screen, then select Settings.
- Select Software Version.
- If an update is available, select Update.
- Restart the commissioning phone.
- Ensure the commissioning phone is
on the latest available software version:
- In the commissioning phone Settings, select System.
- Select System Update to see if an update is available.
- If an update is available, install it.
- If the issue persists, contact Tesla Support.
