I am Connected to the Powerwall 3 Network but the Device Setup Interface Does Not Load

Symptoms

After successfully connecting to the Powerwall 3 network, the Device Setup interface in Tesla One does not load.

Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Ensure Tesla One has been updated to the latest available version:
    1. Select More in the bottom right corner of the screen, then select Settings.
    2. Select Software Version.
    3. If an update is available, select Update.
  2. Restart the commissioning phone.
  3. Ensure the commissioning phone is on the latest available software version:
    1. In the commissioning phone Settings, select System.
    2. Select System Update to see if an update is available.
    3. If an update is available, install it.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Tesla Support.
