Wi-Fi Connection is Not Functioning
On the Networking page, Wi-Fi has been configured but the system is not connected to Tesla (indicated with a red exclamation point icon).
This may be caused by the customer's router blocking new devices from connecting.

Steps to Troubleshoot
White list the Backup Gateway 2 / Powerwall+ / Tesla Solar Inverter in the router's device settings:
- Retrieve the Backup Gateway 2 / Powerwall+ / Tesla Solar Inverter MAC address:
- Log in to the customer router and white list the Backup Gateway 2 / Powerwall+ / Tesla Solar Inverter MAC address.
- Connect the router to the 2.4 GHz network (not the 5 GHz network).
