By default, all Powerwall 2 / Powerwall+ systems have an 80 A Panel Limit configured. See the Power Control System (PCS) Features for Powerwall Systems application note for more information on Panel Limits.

This setting or changes to the setting should always be aligned with the value approved by the local jurisdictional authorities. Qualified personnel can edit or disable the Panel Limit as described below.

Note

Only Qualified Personnel may edit the Panel Limit field. The installer will need to enter their license number to verify appropriate access to the setting. The license number does not need to be re-entered until the installer signs out of Tesla One, then signs back in.

1. From the Settings screen, select Advanced Settings.
2. Select PCS Settings.
3. Select Panel Limit.
4. Edit the value in the Continuous Current field (must be between 10 and 200 A) or delete the value to disable Panel Limits.
