Additional Symptoms

• The Gateway contactor switches to backup due to excessive voltage fluctuations, even though there isn’t a true grid outage
• After commissioning, lights in the home flicker in and out due to high voltage fluctuations

Steps to Troubleshoot

See the Electrical Equipment Sizing and Overcurrent Protection section of the applicable installation manual (found in the Multi-Powerwall Installations appendix) to check for high impedance on site that may be preventing Powerwall / Powerwall+ from discharging.
